Hi - I’m Nicola, and I’m so glad you’re here.

Later Life Consultancy was born from my personal journey alongside family, and my professional experience supporting older people and their families through some of life’s most difficult decisions - like when it’s the right time to get a bit of help at home, and who you can really trust to come into your personal space and care for someone you love.

I grew up in Berkshire and have lived and worked in the surrounding area my whole life.

Over the years, I’ve worked as a Registered Manager across services in Ascot, Bagshot, Wokingham, Maidenhead to name a few - building not just experience, but also deep local knowledge and a wide network of trusted contacts. I know what good care looks like, and how to get it.

I’ve always strived to support people in the way they actually need and want - but being tied to working with specific providers often meant I was limited in how much I could truly help. Now, with over 10 years of experience behind me, I’m now offering the kind of honest, personalised support I’ve always believed in.
