All data is stored on UK‑ or EU‑based servers provided by Squarespace, Google Workspace and Calendly, each certified for UK GDPR compliance.

Enquiry data: 12 months if no service proceeds
Client records: 7 years after final engagement (professional‑indemnity requirement)
Financial records: 6 years (HMRC)
8. Your rights
You may: access, correct, erase, restrict, object to processing, or request data portability. To exercise any right, email nicola@laterlifeconsultancy.com. If unsatisfied, you have the right to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
